The "Hydro-arm" is a unique mechanism that allows you to move a payload weighing up to 1 metric tonne, anywhere and anyhow in a defined space with an accuracy of up to 1mm.

The system consists of a hydraulic arm and control system that gives the controller virtually unlimited freedom of movement in three-dimensional space.

The arm is securely mounted via a turntable to a specially built dolly and track, giving the tip of the arm improved reach as it extends.

The creativity of the designer can be realised by the "Hydro-arm" operator using accurate, smooth and reproducible control over the rate of pan, tilt and rotation of the payload.

What's special about "Hydro-arm" is that the control is completely automated. All you do is draw the three-dimensional flight path using the computerised interface and the arm will move to match your commands.

The system is ideally suited to the event, film and theatre industries. To give maximum theatrical effect, it can be hidden under a stage and blacked out. Or even matted out during blue or green screen post production, making the payload appear to fly effortlessly.
